They are fair as far opportunity goes but wages were an issue for me. It's a learning experience and honestly speaking I'm grateful for the knowledge and experience I obtained while working there. Only drawback I felt was that my growth wasn't allowed in a sense.

Great job

Will work there again. They will work with you..nice people..long as you do your job your good.. Be truthful and respectful.. nice job to get and hold on too

Poorly managed environment

Management will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to accept a position and never follow through with any of it. You will be over worked and constantly reprimanded for their lack of managing. Huge turn over in staff.

Fun place to work that has good snacks in the vending machine

A day at Octopharma consists of screening and helping donors give plasma to make medicine better for people in the world. you learn how to do your basic medial work such as check pulse and all that. work place was nice and fun staff to work with even management.

Poor Management

No one was ever on the same page. So much confusion and management played favorites. Management would also get into altercations with staff members. Training was also an issue.

Great learning experience great fun people

Managers show favoritism, the hardest worker get treated like nothing. No raises no breaks. Management laugh at you when you in the break room . Talking behind your back. The quality of. People they hire don't care abt nothing. Donors feel sorry for the hardest workers. Managers be jealous if you get a new car.

I overall like the fact of working at a plasma center. But the employees and under management was terrible. Very disrespectful

Typical day at work is usual. Have to stay focused. The employees on the other hand were very hateful. As for the SOP I think it helps run things smoother as long as you follow the guidelines.
