Your ELO gain/loss is tied to how confident the system is in your placement. The more games you play in a season, the more confident the system will be in your placement and therefore you'll gain/lose less per match than you did earlier in the season.
If you beat higher-skilled players than you, you'll see a bigger uplift in your MMR. If you lose against higher-skilled players, you'll see a smaller decrease, and vice versa. Abandoning games, getting kicked, and having a cheater in your game will all also affect your MMR, and may result in a rank adjustment.Mar 17, 2021

Winning/Losing a ranked match will now give a minimum of 25 +/- MMR gain or loss. The game is confident the rank you have been placed in is correct, so you will have a low uncertainty stat, meaning the game will reward you less MMR.

No, you will not rank up. You see, in ranked, it doesn't matter how good you play if you lose. You can be getting all the kills, but if you lose, your elo will go down, no matter what.

although, How much MMR do you get per win? Winning a solo ranked match gives you +30 MMR while losing one takes away 30. Similarly, winning a party ranked match gives your +20 while losing takes 20 away.
Afterwards, each game you play...you gain around 100+ points per game but then as you play more, the sytem starts calibrating you into your actual MMR and the point gained / lost per game gets less. Up to the point where your only getting 20 - 30 points per game.Dec 24, 2018
MMR and your resulting rank are calculated exclusively via wins and losses. Ubisoft's tactical shooter encourages teamplay across its five-versus-five modes, alleviating the impact of personal statistics.
