Simply load up your donations and head to a Goodwill Store & Donation Center in the Southeastern Wisconsin & Metropolitan Chicago territory. When you arrive you will see signs directing you to where you will drop off your items. After you pull up to the doors, a friendly donation attendant will help you unload your items.

Decide what furniture you have that you no longer feel as if you have a use for and wish to donate to Goodwill. If you have plenty of furniture to donate, be certain they are still useful and in good condition.
To donate furniture to us, simply load the items you wish to donate into a vehicle and head to the Goodwill donation center nearest you. One of our donor greeters will take it from there. Do your stores accept donations? Yes, all of our retail stores and Attended Donation Centers (ADC's) accept donations during business hours through our donation drop-off centers. Simply drive up to the donation drop-off area and a Goodwill representative will assist you in unloading your donations!
Goodwill accepts donations of gently used clothing, household items and furniture. However, we are unable to provide home pick up service. Donations can be made at our stores and donation centers.
Some of the items we can't accept are furniture, TVs and computer monitors. To be accepted, donations must weigh 50 pounds or less. Again, please review our unaccepted items list before transporting donations or scheduling a home pickup.
Responding to the needs of the public, Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania has opened “no-contact,” self-service donation areas at each of their 27 southwestern Pennsylvania store locations. The donation centers are open daily from 9am until 5pm.
