hello! does anyone knows if there is a 3rd party app for patreon for android? currently using the official Patreon app, if I try to scroll back to the first posts on its patreon page, at some point surely the app refreshes and I have to scroll back again and again. quite an annoying thing.

I see the merch option comes with an extra 3% fee across the board. I don't know how successful our merch program would be so I'd like to give it a try but would want to be able to cancel if merch isn't working out well enough.

Charge Up Front - Help

Hi guys! I recently made a change to charge up front but I mail physical rewards every month. Does anyone have experience on how you keep track of those who were charged up front and those that are charged monthly (using the old system?) Thanks

Really irritated with the massive amount of declined payments on the first of the month

Seriously, 300 patrons getting declined cant be pure coincidance. There has to be something in the system that gets declined often or something. To put it in perspective, I had more people decline this month, than existed in the beginning of last month.

Cancelled a subscription on mid-July but it still shows in my feed Aug 1st and I can still access everything

I want it removed. It's a $7 dollar pledge and I went through all the steps to remove it. It said it would be cancelled come August 1st.

if I change my pledge address in Patreon, should I also message the creator to let them know?

I support a campaign that includes occasional mailed rewards. I recently updated my address in said pledge and in my account profile. I know everything went through on my end. I am wondering if I should message the creator to let them know as well? I have extreme anxiety so I feel very nervous about this.
