What types of office supplies can you donate?

Donate Supplies Schoolhouse Supplies accepts donations of new or reusable school, office and art supplies, and other learning materials that are suitable for classrooms. In turn, we distribute these items to eligible schools, which helps us fulfill our mission of providing free school supplies to under-resourced students.

Where can I donate office supplies in Africa?

Make sure we accept what you have by reading the lists below. Please ensure the items are clean and in good condition, suitable for a classroom. Musty, dirty or unusable items will not be accepted

Sometimes when craft supplies are collected, they may be incorrect for the task at hand or part of an old hobby that no longer serves us.

Types of Craft Supplies You Can Donate

It really depends on where you’re donating as to what you might like to give away. Think about extra yarn, knitting needles, paints, paintbrushes, cardstock, beads, glue, scissors, etc.

Can Goodwill employees refuse donations?

Goodwill employees may decline a donation if it is not in clean or in saleable condition or if they are unable to assist with larger items due to risk of injury. Our employees often help unload donations, however cannot help if (in their judgement) doing so may damage any vehicle, or if doing so is unsafe for them or anyone else.

Is Goodwill donation tax deductible?
