Requesting a pickup for your home? We request that all donations be brought out to the curbside, into your driveway, or to an easily accessible part of your garage. Our pick-up staff cannot enter your home to retrieve items due to liability concerns.
ReStore is unable to accept items that are damaged, broken, not working, missing parts, rusted, rotted, or splintered. Acceptability is at the discretion of ReStore drivers and donation staff. ReStore reserves the right to decline donations based on current inventory stock and condition.
