1. Will I receive a tax deduction for my piano donation?

Yes, you will receive your tax deduction from YOSA. Since Youth Orchestra of San Antonio (YOSA), is a duly registered, non-profit organization, exempt from taxes under the 501 (c) (3) section of the Internal Revenue Code, your piano donation’s monetary proceeds sent from Alamo Music to YOSA are tax deductible to the full extent of the law.

2. How will you value my piano donation?

Your piano will be picked up, tuned and serviced, and ultimately sold by Alamo Music Center with proceeds being forwarded as a monetary donation to the Youth Orchestra of San Antonio (YOSA).

3. Is there a fee to have my piano picked-up?

There is absolutely no fee to piano donors to have their pianos removed.

Each piano submission is given careful consideration. The photos of both the interior and exterior of the piano that you provide help us to determine the condition of your piano. The more photos and information you provide the better.

Kevin’s Piano Moving is out of Antioch IL. They have two trucks and a well-trained team that travels all over the Kenosha County, Lake County, and Cook County area, sometimes beyond. Ultimately, because they’re a separate company, they will be the ones to schedule the move directly with you; we have no control over their calendar. They can usually schedule pick-up within 7 moving days, often less, depending on how many other moves they need to accomodate.
